I’ve had several comments, and many referring search engine terms, asking when the Into the Wild DVD comes out.

Well, the answer is February 12, 2008. Edit: Now it is March 4.

And my god, Emile Hirsch is a hottie!

Although I have not heard of the movie previously, the images you posted here are very nice! I looked up the movie and am definatly going to have to see it. Glad I saw your posting about it!

He really rocks a beard well! I really want to see this movie. I remember reading this book in high school and I remember I always had an image in my mind of what the main character would look like, and always thought it would be a scruffy hot guy, very much like Emile.

I was skeptical when I first heard that Emile Hirsch was playing the role in the movie… i thought he was good for the cute/boyish characters like in “The Girl Next Door”, but not for being philosophical….

But now.. i can’t imagine anyone else playing that role as he did.. loved the movie..

I loved the book.. and thought Sean Penn made a brillant movie, I cant wait til it comes out on dvd so i can buy it.
